Important: About Your Roof

15 years of age and newer: We settle roof claims on a replacement cost coverage basis
16 years of age and older: We settle roof claims using the cost to replace the roof less any depreciation

Good news —If you replace a roof that is 16 years of age and older with a new roof during the policy term, you will automatically qualify for replacement cost coverage post any loss or claim
